Decorative Scotias
Our scotias are available in a wide range of sizes, from 150mm x 150mm upwards, including offset options to suit different eaves. Manufactured from UV-resistant white GRP, they require no ongoing maintenance and are supplied with 9mm exterior-grade timber fixing supports for new build installations.
Installation Guidance
New build
- Secure using self-tapping 25mm screws through the soffit into locating holes (dentils) or timber supports (scotias).
Refurbishment
- Fix a timber or PVC board into the soffit opening with self-tapping 25mm screws.
- Glue the moulding to the board using a solvent-based contact adhesive.
- Surfaces should be smooth, clean, and free from dust, flaking paint, damage or rot before installation.
